You know sometimes you wish you could run away from the society and live your life the way you want to with the one you love? Yes, exactly. That’s how I feel about it all.
But it is not too easy, A. I wish it was that easy. I really do.
I have been lying awake at nights thinking if things could be or would be different. And to be honest, I haven’t seen the light. People say you can take control of your life and make your dreams come true. But I don’t want to take a step forwards knowing that someone else’s dreams might be shattered. So why don’t I put an end to it, you ask? As selfish as I may sound, I can’t bear to let you go. Although I am not with you in person, I can’t bear to erase you from my thoughts and memories. How could I? We have shared so much and I would like to remember you always.
Sometimes I get my hopes up, thinking, maybe, maybe at the end of all the pains and heartbreaks, we could be together. But reality bites and I am 99% sure that there is no future for us. I don’t know, A. I just wish I could tell you how I feel about you, and run away to start all over again with you. But like I said, it is not too easy.
I don’t know what the future holds for us, but if I never get to be with you in person, hold you nor share my life with you, please know that you will always be in my heart and I will never stop loving you. You are the love of my love, for now and for always.
