In her recent interview with Fashion Image magazine, Khine Thi Kyi spoke about how she maintains her weight, her diet, and her thought on a woman’s perfect beauty.

On how she maintains her weight: I watch what I eat – I don’t consume sweets or fatty food at all. I also try to eat less at dinner. As for exercising, I have been quite busy to go to gym lately so I only get to do a quick work out for 15-20 mins before taking a shower every day. After giving birth to my daughter, I gained about 7 pounds (but have lost all that pregnancy weight). These days, I am weighting myself regularly and if it goes up, I watch my food.

On her diet: I try to avoid pork as much as I can so let’s say if I am having a pork and potato curry then I eat just potatoes. If I am really watching my weight, I make sure I eat a lot of vegetables in the forms of hot pots, stir-fried, salads or soups. When I am hungry at night, instead of snacking on junk food, I snack on fruits like apples and watermelons.

On her thought on a woman’s perfect beauty: I think women are beautiful in their own ways. A perfect beauty would mean having a pretty face, a great body, a flawless skin, a kind heart, and a polite speech. However, nothing is perfect in this world.
