Myanmar Singer May Sweet’s father, U Khin Maung Nyunt, passed away yesterday on 16th February, 2010 at 12:48 pm local time in Yangon, Myanmar. Our deepest condolences to May Sweet and her loved ones. May Sweet will be flying back to Yangon this Friday to be with her family during this sad time.

May Sweet: We’re deeply sadden by the news of my father and he has passed away @ 12:48 pm YGN time-Tue 2/16. His condition was stabilizing when I saw him last Nov. and he had the faith to live a bit longer. Unfortunately his death was not expected but he was surrounded by his loving wife, his daughters & grand kids during his last precious moments. I’ll be in YGN by Fri 2/19 to be w/ my familyl. Ma Swe & Family
